How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.


We accept the following forms of payment:
 - PayPal
 - Available credit cards.
 * The service you offer to PayPal, and the credit card you can use is
   VISAMaster CardAmerican ExpressDiscoverJCB.
 * If you don't have a Paypal accountyou'll have an account at the same time as your payment.
   You can register.
 * It's possible to pay for credit cardsdebit cardsbank accounts, etc. that you're registering with Paypal.

  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 15 days
    • * If you purchase the first and second official goods at the same time,
    • it will be delivered on the scheduled date of the second official goods.

[Notes on exchange/return] 

・This product is an order-made product and can not be canceledexchangedor returned after payment is completed.
・The color of the product may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the monitor specifications, and the position or color of the product label may differ from the image.
- In order to exchange or refund due to missing or defective components, a video of opening the delivery box is absolutely necessary.
   If there is no opening video, exchange or refund may be difficult.
- In case of product defects, scratches and press marks other than dents of 5mm or larger are not eligible for exchange or return.
- In the case of prints and portrait products, defects other than the portrait, such as the back and background, are not subject to exchange or return.
・Exchange/return period 
- Change of mind: This product is made-to-order, so refunds due to a simple change of mind are not possible.
- Product defects such as delivery error, damage, or defect: Exchange/return is possible within 90 days from the date of receipt in case of product defect or incorrect delivery
・If exchange or return is not possible 
- If more than 7 days have passed since receipt of the product
- In case the value of the product has decreased (damaged packaging, washing, product stains, perfume smell, deodorant smell, gift damage, component damage, traces of use, etc.)
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the purchaser's use or partial consumption
- In case the value of the product has significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the passage of time (product barcode removal, repair, etc.)
- In the case of products that are not exchanged/refundable on the product detail page, such as made-to-order products, sale products, and albums
- In case the packaging of products that can be reproduced is damaged
- In case of incorrect delivery of the product, or even a defective product, if there are traces of use, damage, etc.
- If there is a difference between the color of the product you receive and the color you see on your monitor due to the effect of shooting or resolution
- If the product has a print or pattern, it may differ from the product detail page image.
- In case of exchange/return, you must send the gift given to you through an event or promotion, and exchange/refund is not possible in case of omission.
- Due to the nature of all products, it may be difficult to exchange due to a simple change of mind as stock may be exhausted early.
Returns/exchanges are subject to regulations in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in E-commerce, etc.

・Exchange/Return Fee
-Defective product such as shipping error, damage, defect, etc.: In case of product defect or mis delivery, the seller bears the shipping cost (for exact exchange/return cost, use the C/S center)

- Step1: Check the exchange/return period
- Step2: Exchange/return through My Page
- Step3: Exchange and return delivery to the designated return destination and designated return method within 7 days after the guidance from the C/S manager
- Step4: Proceed with exchange/return after receiving and inspecting the product in the return area
- Step5: Completion of exchange/return [Guidelines for protection of minors' rights]
The minor or his/her legal representative (parents, etc.) may cancel the order (contract).

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.


Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
